AN ACT making an appropriation to the legislative fund for the costs of the 18th Special Session; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

1-1    Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the state general fund to

1-2  the legislative fund created by NRS 218.085 the sum of $160,000 for the

1-3  costs of the 18th Special Session.

1-4    Sec. 2.  This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
