• BDR 32-13 – Makes various changes concerning state financial administration. (A.B. 1)

 

Chairman Arberry explained to the Committee this bill draft request was the latest version of the tax package and it required a Committee introduction.

 

ASSEMBLYWOMAN CHOWNING MOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR 32‑13.

 

ASSEMBLYMAN ANDERSON SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY WITH ASSEMBLYWOMAN GIUNCHIGLIANI ABSENT AT THE TIME OF THE VOTE.

 

As there was no further business before the Committee, Chairman Arberry adjourned the meeting at 10:31 a.m.
