Sections 1, 2, 3 and 5 to 17.5 and 18, inclusive, effective August 7, 2020. Section 4 effective 60 days after passage and approval of this act or on the date on which the Administrator of the Employment Security Division of the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation, pursuant to section 17, notifies the Governor and the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau that sufficient resources are available to enable the Division to carry out the amendatory provisions of section 4 of this act, whichever occurs first.
