The Assembly Committee on Commerce met in the Assembly Chambers at the desk of Chairman Porter on March 3, 1993, at 11:31 a.m.

 

A two-thirds majority was present.  The Chairman called for a motion for committee introduction of the following bill draft request and resolution:

      THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

      ASSEMBLYMAN GARNER MOVED FOR COMMITTEE INTRODUCTION OF

      R-1616.

 

      ASSEMBLYMAN HUMKE SECONDED THE MOTION.
