The Assembly Committee on Commerce met in the Assembly Chambers at the desk of Chairman Porter on January 26, 1993, at

11:58 a.m.

 

A two-thirds majority was present.  The Chairman called for a motion for committee introduction of the following bill draft requests:

 

BDR 57-676  Requires that policies of health insurance provide payment to governmental agencies at same rate as to private entities.

      THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY

 

 

BDR 10-602  Establish trust fund to rebate residents of mobile home parks who cannot afford certain rent increases.

      THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
