SENATE BILL NO. 573 -   Requires state land registrar to release reversionary right in State of Nevada upon use of certain real property to City of Reno.

 

Declared an emergency measure under the Constitution.

 

      ASSEMBLYMAN FREEMAN MOVED DO PASS ON SB 573.

 

      ASSEMBLYMAN LAMBERT SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

      THE MOTION CARRIED.

 

 

SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 5 -      Directs Department of Information Services to conduct study of feasibility of consolidating state centers for data processing.

 

      ASSEMBLYMAN BACHE MOVED TO ADOPT SCR 5.

 

      ASSEMBLYMAN HETTRICK SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

      THE MOTION CARRIED.
