      ASSEMBLY COMMITTEE ON LABOR AND MANAGEMENT

 

      Sixty-seventh Session

The Assembly Committee on Labor and Management was called to order at the desk of Chairman Giunchigliani in the Assembly Chambers on Wednesday, February 24, 1993 at 11:08 a.m.

 

There was a two thirds majority present.  The Chairman called for a motion to introduce the following Bill Draft Requests.

 

      53-797, 53-926, 53-1053, 53-1155, 53-1694

 

      ASSEMBLYMAN P. ERNAUT MOVED FOR COMMITTEE INTRODUCTION OF THE ABOVE BILL DRAFT REQUESTS.

 

      ASSEMBLYMAN L. HETTRICK SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

      THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY BY THOSE PRESENT.
