      ASSEMBLY COMMITTEE ON LABOR AND MANAGEMENT

 

      Sixty-seventh Session

      June 4, 1993

 

 

The Assembly Committee on Labor and Management was called to order at the desk of Chairman Giunchigliani in the Assembly Chambers on Friday, June 4, 1993 at 12:06 p.m.

 

There was a two-thirds majority present.  The Chairman called for a motion to waive Rule 92 for committee meeting Monday, June 7th.

 

 

      ASSEMBLYMAN D. BACHE MOVED TO WAIVE RULE 92 FOR COMMITTEE MEETING ON MONDAY, JUNE 7TH.

 

      ASSEMBLYMAN P. ERNAUT SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

      THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
