      ASSEMBLY COMMITTEE ON LABOR AND MANAGEMENT

 

      Sixty-seventh Session

      June 11, 1993

 

 

The Assembly Committee on Labor and Management was called to order at the desk of Chairman Giunchigliani in the Assembly Chambers on Friday, June 11, 1993 at 12:13 p.m.

 

There was a two-thirds majority present.  The Chairman called for a motion to waive Rule 92 for committee meetings on Monday and Tuesday, June 14th and 15th.

 

 

      ASSEMBLYMAN HETTRICK MOVED TO WAIVE RULE 92 FOR COMMITTEE MEETINGS ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY, JUNE 14TH AND 15TH.

 

      ASSEMBLYMAN COLLINS SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

      THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
