      Sixty-seventh Session

The Assembly Committee on Labor and Management was called to order at the desk of Chairman Giunchigliani in the Assembly Chambers on Thursday, June 24 1993 at 11:26 a.m.

 

There was a two-thirds majority present.  The Chairman called for a motion to introduce Bill Draft 53-2169.

 

      ASSEMBLYMAN HETTRICK MOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR 53-2169.

 

      ASSEMBLYMAN ANDERSON SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

      THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
