The Assembly Committee on Taxation was called to order by Chairman Robert E. Price at 12:40 p.m., June 28, 1993, at Chairman Price's desk on the Floor of the Assembly Chambers at the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.

The meeting was called for the purpose of considering committee action on AB 697.  Exhibit A is Record of Committee Meeting Held in Assembly Chambers.

 

 

There being a two-thirds majority present...

 

 

      ASSEMBLYMAN MARVEL MOVED DO PASS AB 697.

 

      ASSEMBLYMAN MYRNA WILLIAMS SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

      THE MOTION CARRIED.

 

      ASSEMBLYMAN LAMBERT ABSTAINED.

 

      ASSEMBLYMEN ERNAUT AND NEIGHBORS VOTED NO. 

 

There being no further business to come before committee, the meeting was adjourned at 12:49 a.m.
