The Assembly Committee on Taxation was called to order by Chairman Robert E. Price at 11:10 a.m., May 4, 1993, at Chairman Price's desk on the Floor of the Assembly Chambers at the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.

The meeting was called for the purpose of considering committee introduction of BDR 32-779, attached as Exhibit A.  Exhibit B is a Record of Committee Meeting Held in Assembly Chambers.  There being a two-thirds majority present.

 

      ASSEMBLYMAN MARVEL MOVED FOR COMMITTEE INTRODUCTION.

 

      ASSEMBLYMAN NEIGHBORS SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

      THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

 

 

There being no further business to come before committee, the meeting was adjourned at 11:20 a.m.
