Senator Townsend explained to the committee the contents of Amendment No. 1278 to Assembly Bill (A.B.) 574.
ASSEMBLY BILL 574: Clarifies that coverage for medical expenses under policy of motor vehicle insurance is primary.
SENATOR NEVIN MOVED TO RESCIND THE PREVIOUS ACTION TO AMEND AND DO PASS A.B. 574.
SENATOR O'CONNELL SECONDED THE MOTION.

Senator Townsend then told the committee that Senate Bill (S.B.) 434 had been returned from the assembly with Amendment No. 1154.
SENATE BILL 434: Provides for licensing of administrators of residential facilities for groups.
SENATOR NEVIN MOVED TO CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NO. 1154 TO S.B. 434.
SENATOR SHAFFER SECONDED THE MOTION.
