The Senate Committee on Commerce and Labor was called to order by Chairman Randolph J. Townsend, at 9:42 p.m., on Wednesday, June 30, 1993, on the Senate floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Meeting Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman Townsend convened the meeting to consider rescinding the previous action taken to amend and do pass Assembly Bill (A.B.) 574 with Amendment No. 1278.
ASSEMBLY BILL 574: Clarifies that coverage for medical expenses under policy of motor vehicle insurance is primary. (BDR 57-1585)
SENATOR SHAFFER MOVED TO RESCIND THE PREVIOUS ACTION TO AMEND AND DO PASS A.B. 574 WITH AMENDMENT NO. 1278.
SENATOR NEVIN SECONDED THE MOTION.
THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.

The next order of business brought for discussion was A.B. 374.
ASSEMBLY BILL 374: Makes various changes to provisions governing industrial insurance. (BDR 53-413)
Chairman Townsend distributed copies of Amendment No. 1338 to
A.B. 374 and requested a motion.
SENATOR NEVIN MOVED TO AMEND AND DO PASS A.B. 374 WITH
AMENDMENT NO. 1338.
SENATOR O'CONNELL SECONDED THE MOTION.
THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
