Vice Chairman Lowden outlined the proposed changes in Amendment No. 1359 to Senate Bill (S.B.) 555 and requested a motion.
SENATE BILL 555: Exempts corporations that provide prepaid ambulance services from regulation by commissioner of insurance under certain circumstances. (BDR 57-1999)
SENATOR NEVIN MOVED TO CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NO. 1359
TO S.B. 555.
SENATOR McGINNESS SECONDED THE MOTION.
