The Senate Committee on Commerce and Labor was called to order by Chairman Randolph J. Townsend, at 11:19 p.m., on Thursday, July 1, 1993, on the Senate floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.  There was no Meeting Agenda.  There was no Attendance Roster.

Senator Townsend discussed Amendment No. 1363 to Assembly Bill (A.B.) 513.

 

ASSEMBLY BILL 513:      Makes various changes relating to practice of physical therapy.

 

Senator Townsend then recessed the meeting at 11:21 p.m.

 

 

The meeting reconvened at 11:45 p.m.

 

 

      SENATOR SHAFFER MOVED TO AMEND AND DO PASS A.B. 513 WITH AMENDMENT NO. 1363.

 

      SENATOR NEVIN SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

      THE MOTION FAILED.  (SENATORS O'CONNELL, LOWDEN, BROWN AND McGINNESS VOTED NO.)

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 11:48 p.m.
