The Senate Committee on Commerce and Labor was called to order by Chairman Randolph Townsend, at 8:52 a.m., on Saturday, June 26, 1993, on the Senate floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.  There was no Meeting Agenda.  There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman Townsend discussed a bill draft request (BDR) for the purpose of committee introduction.

 

BILL DRAFT REQUEST 54-1376:   Prohibits practice of cosmetology or barbering without suitable clothing.

 

      SENATOR O'CONNELL MOVED FOR COMMITTEE INTRODUCTION OF BDR 54-1376.

 

      SENATOR LOWDEN SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

      THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
