The Senate Committee on Human Resources and Facilities was called to order by Chairman Raymond D. Rawson, at 12:38 p.m., on Wednesday, June 30, 1993, on the Senate floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.  There was no Meeting Agenda.  There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman Rawson opened the floor hearing on Assembly Bill (A.B.) 468. 

 

 

ASSEMBLY BILL 468:      Makes various changes relating to powers and duties of board of trustees of consolidated library district.  (BDR 33-92)

 

The chairman explained the assembly did not concur on Senate Amendment No. 1028.

 

      SENATOR COFFIN MOVED TO RECEDE ON SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1028.

 

      SENATOR GLOMB SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

      THE MOTION CARRIED.  (CHAIRMAN RAWSON AND SENATOR NEAL VOTED       NO.  SENATOR TOWNSEND WAS ABSENT FOR THE VOTE.)

Chairman Rawson adjourned the meeting at 12:40 p.m.
