The Senate Committee on Human Resources and Facilities was called to order by Chairman Raymond D. Rawson, at 6:30 p.m., on Tuesday, June 29, 1993, on the Senate floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.  There was no Meeting Agenda.  There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman Rawson opened the floor hearing on Senate Bill (S.B.) 411.

 

SENATE BILL 411:  Allows use of certain benefits paid to child to pay portion of cost of care and support of children in Nevada children's homes.

 

The chairman presented assembly Amendment No. 1072 to the bill.  There was a brief discussion among the committee members.

 

      SENATOR NEAL MOVED TO CONCUR ON AMENDMENT NO. 1072.

 

      SENATOR COFFIN SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

      THE MOTION CARRIED.  (SENATORS O'DONNELL AND TOWNSEND WERE   ABSENT FOR THE VOTE.)
