The Senate Committee on Human Resources and Facilities was called to order by Chairman Raymond D. Rawson, at 9:40 p.m., on Wednesday, June 30, 1993, on the Senate floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.  There was no Meeting Agenda.  There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman Rawson opened the floor hearing on Senate Bill (S.B.) 533. 

SENATE BILL 533:  Makes various changes to statutory provisions regarding clients of and admission to mental health facilities.  (BDR 39-1490)

 

The committee briefly reviewed and discussed the Assembly Amendment No. 1234 to S.B. 533.

 

      SENATOR BROWN MOVED TO CONCUR ON ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT NO. 1234   TO S.B. 533.

 

      SENATOR GLOMB SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

      THE MOTION CARRIED.  (SENATORS O'DONNELL AND TOWNSEND WERE   ABSENT FOR THE VOTE.)
