The Senate Committee on Human Resources and Facilities was called to order by Chairman Raymond D. Rawson, at 11:10 a.m., on Tuesday, May 11, 1993, on the Senate floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.  There was no Meeting Agenda.  There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman Rawson presented Bill Draft Request (BDR) 40-63 for consideration.

 

BDR 40-63:  Makes various changes regarding regulation of emergency medical services. (BDR 40-63)

 

The committee discussed BDR 40-63, and agreed to a committee introduction.

 

      SENATOR NEAL MOVED FOR COMMITTEE INTRODUCTION OF BDR 40-63.

 

      SENATOR GLOMB SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

      THE MOTION CARRIED.  (SENATOR BROWN WAS ABSENT FOR THE VOTE.)
