ASSEMBLY BILL 427: Prohibits pupils from carrying or possessing electronic devices used for paging or communication while on school grounds. (BDR 34-1526)

ASSEMBLY BILL 790: Revises provisions of Assembly Bill No. 543, of this session, concerning school property. (BDR S-2191)
ASSEMBLY BILL 543: Makes various changes relating to construction, alteration or repair of school by school district. (BDR 34-1915)
Pepper Sturm, Research Analyst, presented a work session document (Exhibit A) for the committee to review. He briefly explained this measure was requested to correct a technical error in the earlier bill.
