The Senate Committee on Human Resources and Facilities was called to order by Chairman Raymond D. Rawson, at 12:17 p.m., on Thursday, June 24, 1993, on the Senate floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.  There was no Meeting Agenda.  There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman Rawson discussed Amendment No. 814 to Senate Bill (S.B.) 184 and asked the committee for a motion to concur with the amendment.

 

SENATE BILL 184:  Permits physician to authorize registered nurse to make pronouncement of death under certain circumstances.

 

      SENATOR TOWNSEND MOVED TO CONCUR WITH THE AMENDMENT NO. 814 TO       S.B. 184.

 

      SENATOR NEAL SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

      MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
