The Senate Committee on Judiciary was called to order by Chairman Mark A. James, at 12:36 p.m., on Wednesday, June 30, 1993, on the Senate floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no meeting agenda. There was no attendance roster.

Chairman James called the meeting to order at his desk on the Senate floor to consider whether to recede from Senate Amendment No. 458 to Assembly Bill (A.B.) 435. Senator James briefly explained the assembly's objections to the amendment.
ASSEMBLY BILL 435: Provides for disposition upon divorce of property held by parties in joint tenancy. (BDR 11-1448)
SENATOR TITUS MOVED TO RECEDE FROM SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 458 TO A.B. 435.
SENATOR SMITH SECONDED THE MOTION.
THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
