The Senate Committee on Judiciary was called to order by Chairman Mark A. James, at 11:08 a.m., on Tuesday, June 1, 1993, on the Senate floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no meeting agenda. There was no attendance roster.

Chairman James called the meeting to order at his desk on the Senate floor to discuss committee introduction of three bill draft requests (BDRs).
BILL DRAFT REQUEST 15-2109:
Prohibits certain conduct through which human immunodeficiency virus may be transmitted after testing positive for disease.
BILL DRAFT REQUEST 14-1850:
Extends time certain offenders are placed under supervision of director of department of prisons for participation in program of regimental discipline.
BILL DRAFT REQUEST 7-1981:
Makes various changes regarding professional corporations and limited-liability companies.
SENATOR SMITH MOVED FOR COMMITTEE INTRODUCTION OF BDR 15-2109.
SENATOR ADLER SECONDED THE MOTION.
