Chairman James discussed Amendment No. 968 to Senate Bill (S.B.) 79 and asked the committee for a motion.
SENATE BILL 79: Eliminates requirement that adoptive parents of child with special needs have limited financial resources to receive financial assistance.
SENATOR McGINNESS MOVED TO CONCUR WITH THE AMENDMENT NO. 968 TO S.B. 79.
SENATOR SHAFFER SECONDED THE MOTION.

SENATE BILL 508: Prohibits person from selling, without authority of lawful holder, code or number that can be used to obtain telephone services.
