The Senate Committee on Judiciary was called to order by Chairman Mark A. James, at 4:41 p.m., on Monday, June 28, 1993, on the Senate floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.  There was no Meeting Agenda.  There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman James convened the meeting to discuss whether the committee would like to recede or not recede from the assembly amendment to Assembly Bill 73.

 

Assembly Bill 73:Prohibits criminal neglect of patients in medical facilities.

 

      SENATOR TITUS MOVED TO DO NOT RECEDE FROM THE ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT TO A.B. 73.

 

      SENATOR ADLER SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

      THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

Chairman James assigned Senators Titus, McGinness and himself to the conference committee on A.B. 73.

 

 

There being no further business before the committee, Chairman James adjourned the meeting at 4:43 p.m.
