The Senate Committee on Legislative Affairs and Operations was called to order by Chairman Mike McGinness, at 11:50 a.m., on Thursday, July 1, 1993, on the Senate floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.  There was no Meeting Agenda.  There was no Attendance Roster.
