The Senate Committee on Natural Resources was called to order by Chairman R. Hal Smith, at 4:41 p.m., on Monday, June 28, 1993, on the Senate floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.  There was no Meeting Agenda.  There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman Smith distributed copies of Amendment No. 109 to Senate Bill (S.B.) 229 for the committee's consideration.

 

SENATE BILL 229:  Requires insurers and persons who repair vessels to notify insureds of requirement that notice be filed with department of wildlife concerning certain accidents involving vessels.  (BDR 43-732)

 

There was general agreement from the committee to concur with the amendment and the chairman called for a motion.

 

      SENATOR ADLER MOVED TO CONCUR WITH ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT NO. 109 TO S.B. 229.

 

      SENATOR TITUS SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

      THE MOTION CARRIED.  (SENATORS JAMES AND HICKEY WERE ABSENT FOR THE VOTE.)
