There was no introduction of bills in this meeting. Chairman Smith
opened the meeting with committee discussion and called for action
on Senate Bill (S.B.) 147 and Senate Bill (S.B.) 296.
SENATE BILL (S.B.) 147: Requires state land registrar to convey certain land adjoining Governor's Field to Carson City.
SENATOR HICKEY MOVED TO AMEND AND DO PASS S.B. 147.
SENATOR RHOADS SECONDED THE MOTION.
THE MOTION CARRIED. (SENATORS ADLER, TITUS AND NEAL WERE ABSENT FOR THE VOTE.)

SENATE BILL (S.B.) 296: Authorizes Colorado River commission to issue bonds for acquisition, equipment and improvement of specified system for transmission of electricity.
