The Senate Committee on Transportation was called to order by Chairman William R. O'Donnell, at 8:27 a.m., on Saturday, June 26, 1993, on the Senate floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.  There was no Meeting Agenda.  There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman O'Donnell discussed Amendment No. 1247 to Senate Bill (S.B.) 473 and asked the committee for a motion to concur with the amendment.  Discussion followed.

 

SENATE BILL 473:  Revises penalties for failing to stop, give certain information or render aid in event of certain motor vehicle accidents.

 

      SENATOR NEVIN MOVED TO CONCUR WITH THE AMENDMENT NO. 1247 TO 

      S.B. 473.

                                                 

      SENATOR JACOBSEN SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

      MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

Chairman O'Donnell discussed Amendment No. 1151 to Senate Bill (S.B.) 452 and asked the committee for a motion to concur with the amendment.

     

SENATE BILL 452:  Authorizes department of motor vehicles and public safety to issue collegiate license plates.
