The Senate Committee on Transportation was called to order by Chairman William R. O'Donnell, at 11:37 p.m., on Thursday, July 1, 1993, on the Senate floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.  There was no Meeting Agenda.  There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman O'Donnell discussed Amendment No. 813 to Senate Bill (S.B.) 262 and asked the committee for a motion to concur with the amendment.  Discussion followed.

 

SENATE BILL 262:  Revises fees charged for special license plate issued to holder of license for amateur radio station.

     

      SENATOR NEAL MOVED TO CONCUR WITH THE AMENDMENT NO. 813 TO

      S.B. 262.

                                                  

      SENATOR JACOBSEN SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

      MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

Chairman O'Donnell discussed Amendment No. 1323 to Senate Bill (S.B.) 101 and asked the committee for a motion to concur with the amendment.  Discussion followed.

 

SENATE BILL 101:  Provides for special endorsement on driver's license that designates use of license as critical to person's employment.
