The Senate Committee on Transportation was called to order by Chairman William R. O'Donnell, at 4:20 p.m., on Saturday, June 26, 1993, on the Senate floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.  There was no Meeting Agenda.  There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman O'Donnell convened the meeting to discuss Assembly Bill (A.B.) 229.

 

Assembly Bill 229:      Expands and under certain circumstances makes mandatory provision regarding suspension of driver's license of juveniles who commit certain unlawful acts.

 

Chairman O'Donnell explained a proposed amendment to the bill which resolves the conflict with Senate Bill (S.B.) 193 and asked for a motion.

 

      SENATOR NEVIN MOVED TO AMEND AND DO PASS A.B. 229.

 

      SENATOR JACOBSEN SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

      THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

There being no further business before the committee, Chairman O'Donnell adjourned the meeting at 4:22 p.m.
