The Senate Committee on Transportation was called to order by Chairman William R. O'Donnell, at 11:55 a.m., on Thursday, June 3, 1993, on the Senate floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.  There was no Meeting Agenda.  There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman O'Donnell convened the meeting to discuss Assembly Bill (A.B.) 155.

 

Assembly Bill 155:      Authorizes issuance of special license plates for fire trucks.

 

Chairman O'Donnell explained that the committee had requested an amendment to the bill and the amendment was not correct.  He suggested, due to the interest in the bill, the committee pass out the original bill, without the amendment.

 

      SENATOR NEVIN MOVED TO RESCIND AMENDMENT NO. 289 AND DO PASS A.B. 155.

 

      SENATOR HICKEY SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

      THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

 

 

There being no further business before the committee, Chairman O'Donnell adjourned the meeting at 11:57 a.m.
