ASSEMBLY CONCURRENT RESOLUTION--Amending the Joint Rules of the 
       Senate and Assembly for the 68th legislative session to 
       establish a waiting period for voting on the general 
       appropriation bill.


  RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, THE 
SENATE CONCURRING, That the Joint Rules of the Senate 
and Assembly as adopted by the 68th session of the 
Legislature are amended by the following addition:

           VOTE ON GENERAL APPROPRIATION BILL

  A period of at least 24 hours must elapse between the 
introduction of the general appropriation bill and a vote on 
its final passage by its house of origin.\\
