ASSEMBLY CONCURRENT RESOLUTION--Designating the Director of the 
       Legislative Counsel Bureau as the energy retrofit 
       coordinator for the buildings occupied by the legislative 
       branch of government.


  RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, THE 
SENATE CONCURRING, That pursuant to subsection 3 of 
NRS 338.1905, the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau 
is hereby designated as the energy retrofit coordinator for 
the buildings occupied by the legislative branch of 
government.
