O'Donnell, at 6:55 p.m., on Saturday, July 1, 1995, on the Senate floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster. Lee COMMITTEE MEMBERS ABSENT: Senator Maurice Washington, Vice Chairman Senator Jon C. Porter STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: Diane Rea, Committee Secretary Senator O'Donnell opened the hearing on Senate Bill (S.B.) 352. SENATE BILL 352: Revises provisions relating to documents required to be filed by vehicle dealer for transaction of business. (BDR 43-1326) Senator O'Donnell explained that this amendment will clear up the conflict with S.B. 340 . If a vehicle is donated to a church, they can auction it off and keep the money. SENATE BILL 340: Revises certain provisions regarding transfer of title to or interest in motor vehicles. (BDR 43-1327) SENATOR NEAL MOVED TO CONCUR WITH THE AMENDMENT TO S.B. 352. SENATOR JACOBSEN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED.
