SUBJECT:     NOTICE OF CORRECTION TO THE ASSEMBLY HISTORY FOR THE 70^TH SESSION OF THE NEVADA LEGISLATURE

 

Please make the following corrections to the Final volume of the Assembly History of the 70^th Session of the Nevada Legislature.

 

Assembly Bill 64:            (Page 37)

           

            Delete:                       Effective October 1, 1999

 

Replace With:            Effective June 11, 1999 for the purpose of adopting regulations.  Sections 1 to 101, 103, 105 to 117, and 119 to 139 effective October 1, 1999 for all other purposes.  Sections 102, 104 and 118 effective 12:01 a.m., October 1, 1999 for all other purposes.  Sections 15 and 33 expire by limitation on the date 42 U.S.C. § 666 is repealed by the United States Congress.  Section 78.5 expires by limitation on October 1, 2001.

 

Assembly Bill 679:            (Page 262-263)

 

            Delete:                       Effective October 1, 1999

 

Replace With:            Effective June 11, 1999 for the purpose of authorizing preliminary activities necessary to carry out this act.  Section 1 to 3, and 5 to 58 effective July 1, 1999 for all other purposes.  Section 4 effective 12:01 a.m. July 1, 1999 for all other purposes.
