Enacted bills are those that were passed by the Legislature, signed into law by the Governor, and assigned a chapter number in the Statutes of Nevada.

Enacted resolutions are those that were passed by the Legislature and assigned a file number in the  Statutes of Nevada. AJRs urging Congress to take certain action are signed by the Governor. AJRs which seek to amend the Nevada Constitution are not signed by the Governor.  They must be passed by two sessions of the Legislature and then are submitted to the people for a vote.
