The Committee on Commerce and Labor was called to order at 5:25 p.m., on Friday, April 9, 1999. Chairman Barbara Buckley presided behind the bar of the Assembly at the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. Assemblymen Perkins, Beers, Berman, Dini, Evans, Giunchigliani, Goldwater, Hettrick, Humke, Nolan, Parks, and Segerblom were in attendance.

ASSEMBLYMAN PERKINS MOVED TO AMEND AND DO PASS A.B. 673.

ASSEMBLYMAN HETTRICK SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION PASSED.

With no further business before the committee Chairman Buckley adjourned the meeting at 5:30 p.m.
