The subcommittee meeting on Assembly Bill 108 was called to order at 9:30 p.m., on Wednesday, April 7, 1999, Chairman Mark Mandendo presided in Room 4100 of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. ASSEMBLY BILL 180 Requires certain actions to be taken against child who possesses firearm without approval while on school property, on school bus or at school activity.

Testimony was heard on A.B. 180 and Exhibits B and C were submitted for the

record.

ASSEMBLYWOMAN PARNELL MOVED TO AMEND AND DO PASS

A.B. 180.

MOTION SECONDED BY ASSEMBLYMAN BROWER.

MOTION PASSED.
