The Committee on Elections, Procedures, and Ethics was called to order at 5:45 p.m., on Tuesday, February 16, 1999, by Chairwoman Chris Giunchigliani. Assembly members present were Beers, Dini, McClain, Tiffany, Price, and Giunchigliani.

ASSEMBLYMAN DINI MOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR 17-1373 (AB 268).

ASSEMBLYMAN BEERS SECONDED THE MOTION.

MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

The meeting adjourned at 5:54 p.m.
