Chairman Bache presented gifts of appreciation to committee members and staff.

Vice Chairman Lee expressed the committee’s appreciation for Chairman Bache’s hard work, dedication, and fairness and presented him with gifts from the committee members and staff.

Chairman Bache recessed the meeting until the call of the Chair.

Chairman Bache did not reconvene the meeting, and the meeting was deemed to have adjourned at 10:25 a.m.
