The Subcommittee on Judiciary was called to order at 3:33 p.m. on Thursday, March 4, 1999. Chairwoman Genie Ohrenschall presided in Room 3138 of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. Assembly Bill 121: Authorizes court to enter judgment of conviction and impose sentence if person who is issued traffic citation violates his written promise to appear. (BDR 14-842)
Testimony was heard on A.B. 121, and Exhibits C and D were submitted for the record.

Legal counsel needed time to review the language of the amendment to the bill. The subcommittee would schedule to meet in a week or less. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 4:10 p.m..
