The subcommittee on Judiciary was called to order at 11:45 a.m., on Monday, March 29, 1999. Chairman Bernie Anderson presided in Room 3138 of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. Assembly Bill 121: Authorizes court to enter judgment of conviction and impose sentence if person who is issued traffic citation violates his written promise to appear. (BDR 14-842)
