The Committee on Judiciary was called to order at 5:00 p.m., on Friday, April 9, 1999. Chairman Bernie Anderson presided behind the bar of the Assembly Chambers of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. Exhibit A is the Agenda. All Exhibits are available and on file at the Research Library of the Legislative Counsel Bureau.

Assembly Bill 282: An act relating to crimes; revising the provisions governing the unlawful exhibition or distribution of material that is harmful to minors; making it unlawful under certain circumstances for a person knowingly to exhibit, sell or offer to sell in a vending machine located in a public place material that is harmful to minors; providing a penalty; and providing others matters relating thereto. (BDR 15-1475)

ASSEMBLYMAN GUSTAVSON SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.
