The Committee on Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Mining was called to order at 11:50 a.m., on Wednesday, March 3, 1999 behind the bar of the Assembly by Chairman Marcia de Braga.

BDR 48-971 – Revise provisions regarding jurisdiction in cases regarding water rights and clarify certain definitions regarding potential loss of water rights.

ASSEMBLYMAN BACHE MOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR 48-971.

ASSEMBLYMAN CARPENTER SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED.
