ASSEMBLYWOMAN OHRENSCHALL MOVED TO ACCEPT AN EMERGENCY MEASURE AND TO SUSPEND THE RULES FOR POSTING AGENDAS (RULE 92) FOR BDR 51-1769.

ASSEMBLYMAN BACHE SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED.

There being no further business before the committee, the hearing was adjourned at 5:05 p.m.
