The Committee on Transportation was called to order at 11:30 a.m., on Monday, March 22, 1999 behind the bar of the Assembly by Chairwoman Chowning. Assemblymen Bache, Carpenter, Claborn, Collins, Gustavson, McClain, Nolan, and Parks were in attendance.
