The Committee on Ways and Means was called to order at 5:00 PM, on Thursday, May 13, 1999. Chairman Morse Arberry, Jr. presided in Room 3137 of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. Exhibit A is the Agenda. Exhibit B is the Guest List. All Exhibits are available and on file at the Research Library of the Legislative Counsel Bureau.

Senate Bill 190: Revises provisions relating to certain revolving accounts of rehabilitation division of department of employment, training and rehabilitation. (BDR 53-767)

Mark Stevens, Principal Fiscal Analyst indicated that the bill combined two revolving funds within the Division of Rehabilitation. There were no General Fund monies involved.

ASSEMBLYWOMAN GUINCHIGLIANI MOVED TO AMEND AND DO PASS.

ASSEMBLYMAN PARKS SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.
